Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

Order Processing Time:

a) Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed and payment is received by the Seller, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

b) If the ordered product is not in stock, the Seller will inform the Customer of the estimated waiting time for order fulfillment. In such cases, the processing time may be extended to a maximum of 14 business days.

c) The processing time does not include the delivery time by the courier or postal service.

d) Deliveries are carried out only on business days, i.e., from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs:

a) The delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery method selected by the Customer as well as the total weight and size of the ordered hay nets.

b) Available delivery methods and their estimated prices, visible during the ordering process, may include:

  • Standard courier delivery (from PLN 20 to PLN 40 net, depending on the weight and dimensions of the shipment)

  • Express courier delivery (higher cost, guaranteeing faster delivery)

  • Personal pickup at the Seller’s premises – free of charge, by prior arrangement

c) The Seller reserves the right to change shipping costs in the event of changes in carrier service pricing; however, such changes will not apply to orders already placed and confirmed.

Additional Delivery Information:

a) For oversized or irregularly shaped orders (e.g., large hay nets), the Seller may offer individual delivery terms and shipping costs, to be agreed upon directly with the Customer.

b) The Customer is obliged to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier. In case of damage or missing items, the Customer should fill out a damage report or refuse the delivery, and immediately notify the Seller.

Refund of Delivery Costs:

a) In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer, the Seller will refund the standard delivery costs incurred by the Consumer in connection with the execution of the sales contract.

b) The refund of delivery costs will be made together with the refund of the Product price, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment.
