Every buyer has the right to complain about goods purchased in the pieceofhay.pl store. Complaints may be made on the basis of warranty or warranty. Information on the complaint process can be found in Regulations of the Piece of Hay Online Store

The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint immediately, no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of its submission. The seller will consider the complaint in the category of product repair or replacement. If the repair fails, only then will the customer be able to demand either a reduction in the price of the defective product or a refund.
The right to withdraw from the contract The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract - without giving a reason - within 14 days. This time is counted from the day on which the Customer received the last ordered product. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must inform the Seller of this fact in writing, via e-mail (pieceofhay@gmail.com) or the form available after logging in to the Customer's account. Please include it in the shipment WITHDRAWAL FORM. For the withdrawal from the contract to be effective, the Customer must inform about this fact within 14 days. Please send the return shipment to the following address within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract: Piece of Hay - Katarzyna Ozdowska, Nadwiślańska 23, 03-349 Warszawa
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Consequences of withdrawing from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will reimburse the Customer for the costs incurred within 14 days from the date of receipt of information about withdrawal from the contract. The refund is made in the same way in which the payment was received - unless the Customer expressly requests a different method. The customer is under no circumstances charged for this return. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the return until the goods are received.
The return is only effective if the 14-day period has been met.
Return of dirty, damaged or destroyed Products.
The consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
In the event of returning a damaged Product, including a dirty one, the Seller will submit a declaration of offsetting the claim for compensation for reduced value of the item against the consumer's claim for reimbursement of costs incurred in connection with the concluded contract.
In the case of a dirty product, the cleaning fee is PLN 50 each time.
Damage and destruction are charged in proportion to the scale of use of the Product.
