The Piece of Hay company, which owns the pieceofhay.pl store, ensures high quality of the offered products for which a warranty has been issued and is only responsible for hidden material or production defects.
The consumer is obliged to use the products purchased in the pieceofhay.pl store in accordance with their intended use and the operating instructions provided HERE
The warranty does not cover:
- natural consumption of materials
- mechanical damage resulting from incorrect or negligent use, e.g. kidnapping, abrasion, biting
- damage resulting from lack or improper maintenance, e.g. washing at an inappropriate temperature, cleaning using unauthorized cleaning agents, long-term use of the product in conditions of increased humidity.
- Damage caused by drying on radiators or in tumble dryers

The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer's rights arising from the provisions on warranty for defects in the sold item.
Liability under the warranty is limited to the value of the goods
indicated on the proof of purchase.
The warranty applies only when the products are used in accordance with their intended use
destiny.

In the matter of the manufacturer's warranty of the goods and the seller's liability towards the buyer under the warranty, the applicable provisions of the Civil Code apply.
